it affirmed the determination of Claimant's AWW and remands this case to the WCJ to receive additional evidence to determine the AWW and to recalculate benefits.
AND NOW, this 9th day of December, 2005, the Court vacates the order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board to the extent that it affirmed the determination of the average weekly wage (AWW) of Thomas Whitaker (Claimant) by the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) and remands this matter to the WCJ for the purpose of taking additional evidence to determine Claimant's AWW and recalculating his benefits. The Board's order is affirmed in all other respects.
Jurisdiction is relinquished.
