McCallum v. North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service of N.C.2/6/2001 l issues of fact in dispute, defendants are therefore entitled to judgment as a matter of law. The trial court erred in failing to grant defendants' motion for summary judgment. The judgment of the trial court is, therefore, reversed and remanded for entry of an order granting defendants' motion for summary judgment.
Reversed and remanded with directions.
