ORDER AWARDING COSTS
On January 19, 1999, counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Thomas A. Budewitz, filed his
APPLICATION FOR TAXATION OF COSTS in the above-entitled matter. Respondent's counsel, Mr. Leo S. Ward, has been contacted and expressed that he would not be filing any objections to the requested costs.
The Court finds good cause to grant petitioner's claim.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the respondent, State Compensation Insurance Fund, pay to the petitioner's attorney, Mr. Thomas A. Budewitz, his costs in the amount of $2,363.02.
This Order is signed by the Hearing Examiner at the direction of the Judge of the Workers' Compensation Court.
