San Joaquin County v. Perano2/1/2002 sary date, it was incumbent on San Joaquin to seek a stipulation from the defendants in a timely fashion. (§ 583.330.) San Joaquin's purported reliance on the conduct of the Peranos evidenced by normal litigation conduct simply was not reasonable as a matter of law. The trial court did not err in rejecting the application of equitable estoppel.
DISPOSITION
The judgment is reversed and the matter is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. Appellant shall recover its costs on appeal. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 26(a).)
