Busian v. Unknown University2/14/2002
Mark Busian appeals from various pre and posttrial rulings, as well as the judgment entered against his in this case arising out of alleged sexual harassment and purportedly retaliatory dismissal from her medical residency at an unknown University. He complains the trial court erroneously sustained demurrers; granted motions for summary judgment, summary adjudication and motions pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 631.8; denied a posttrial motion to reopen the evidence; and awarded attorney fees to respondents. Respondents claim Grudzinski was terminated for medical practices which demonstrated a lack of honesty and poor interpersonal skills, ultimately endangering patient care. We affirm.
