OPINION AFFIRMING
Clifford Clemons brings this appeal from an opinion of the Workers' Compensation Board affirming an order of the Administrative Law Judge denying Clemons's petition to reopen his claim against Boyd Brock Construction. We have reviewed the record and the proof therein under the standards set out in Western Baptist Hospital v. Kelly, Ky., 827 S.W.2d 685 (1992), and find that the opinion of the Board cannot be improved upon. We adopt that opinion as our own as if set out in full herein.
The opinion of the Workers' Compensation Board is affirmed.
