n accidental release of confidential patient information would have made a difference in Wesley's considerations. Goodman fails to argue how this fact controverts Wesley's claim that there was no implied contract for employment. Without any argument to establish her claimed error, this court will not consider the issue. See McCain Foods USA, Inc., 275 Kan. at 15.
