ddress defendants' remaining arguments. However, we agree with plaintiff that pursuant to the former § 8-4-114, he also must be awarded attorney fees incurred in this appeal.
Accordingly, the judgment is affirmed, and the case is remanded to the trial court to determine an award of additional attorney fees for this appeal.
